Chemical Tanks

Acid & Chemical Tanks are manufactured to hold chemicals and liquids with a specific gravity of up to 2 SG.  Available in 25 sizes, ranging from 50 litres to 30,000 litres, these plastic chemical tanks have been engineered and constructed in one piece, with no joins or seams eliminating the requirement for centre support poles.

Our acid tanks are made from the highest-grade materials using the latest technologies in rotationally moulded UV stabilisation, ensuring excellent resistance. The high specification design of every product plastic chemical tank meets the solution to any requirement.

Working from a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), we can produce a chemical tank solution that will specifically suit the nature of the product.  The plastic chemical tank range is manufactured with lifting lugs, overflow, inlet and outlet locations that can take up to 150mm fitting(s). We offer customisation to our clients to meet specific needs such as additional bulkheads, welded flanges and more.

Examples of some of the products stored in Enduramaxx Chemical Storage Tanks are; Hydrochloric acid, Sodium hydroxide, Ferric sulphate and chloride, Aluminium sulphate and Polymers.

These self-supporting rotationally moulded one-piece tanks come in a large range of sizes and capacities, with the option to choose between a flat bottom, conical base or double-wall bunded tanks.  Our bespoke concept allows us to tailor-make tanks for the particular storage of the product to take into account chemical resistance, temperature requirements and site conditions ensuring you a suitable product and piece of mind.

Chemical Bund Tanks

Chemical tanks are available from 50 Litres up to 1500 Litres.  Each dosing tank has a screw fitting lid and a flat section for the mounting of equipment such as dosing pumps, mixers, & instrumentation.   Each size of dosing tank can be supplied with a bund tank which provides minimum 110% containment should the dosing tank become compromised.  These bunds are an HSE requirement for many chemical storage tank applications.
