PVDF STORAGE TANKS – POLYVINYLIDENE FLUORIDE

Chemical & Impact Resistant
Various Connection Options
PVDF storage tanks are designed to provide outstanding chemical resistance at room and high temperature, low permeability to hydrocarbons, high rigidity and excellent flame retardation. They are used extensively in the chemical, semi-conductor, automotive, electronics, telecommunications, medical, aerospace and defence industries. Additionally PVDF storage tanks are designed for use as processing tanks, water treatment tanks and in ultrapure water applications as it is a highly non-reactive thermoplastic fluoropolymer.
Following the success of our recently released range of Crosslinked Polymer Tanks (XLPE) which are ideally suited to the requirements of the chemical and water treatment sectors, Enduramaxx has launched a range of Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) tanks.
Enduramaxx’s PVDF tanks are constructed using Fluoropolymer and the latest in seamless, rotationally moulded technology which guarantees strength, impact resistance and durability. The benefit of using PVDF tanks as opposed to steel tanks is the combination of the rapid and easy installation of the tank and cost factors involved. PVDF tanks are substantially lighter, easier to handle and cheaper to manufacture than many steel tanks. Our range of PVDF tanks ranges from 100 litres up to 10,000 litres and includes vertical, chemical dosing and closed top cone (conical bottom) tanks.
