Our Industrial Water & Chemical Tanks are available from 150 to 30,000 litres. Increased wall thickness means that specific gravities of between 1.5 SG – 2 SG can be stored.  These plastic Industrial Water & Chemical Tanks tanks are rotationally moulded and designed with a smooth interior to help resist growth of algae and bacteria and are easy to clean.

The industrial storage tank range is manufactured with lifting lugs, overflow, inlet and outlet locations that can take up to 150mm fitting(s). We offer customisation to our clients to meet specific needs such as additional bulkheads, welded flanges and more.  Examples of some of the products stored in Enduramaxx Chemical Storage Tanks are; Sulphuric acid, Hydrochloric acid, Hydrofluoric acid, Nitric acid, Sodium hypochlorite, Sodium hydroxide, Ammonia solution, Ferric sulphate and chloride, Aluminium sulphate and Polymers.

This is by no means the extent of the chemicals that can be stored in Polyethylene and Polypropylene.  The extent of the resistance to corrosion of both Polyethylene and Polypropylene is often surprising to those who have historically used stainless steel or GRP.  The ability to withstand chemical effects on all surfaces, without the limit of fill cycles or chemical reaction, can make rotationally moulded an ideal material for chemical storage tank manufacture.

The Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) under the umbrella of the UK Government’s DEFRA (Department for Environmental, Food and Rural Affairs) states that; “Protection of public health of consumers through safeguarding the quality of drinking water is a key aspect of the drinking water quality regulatory framework” Regulation 31 ensures that water suppliers, when producing and distributing drinking water, only use products and substances that do not cause any detrimental effects on the safety or quality of the drinking water.
